I feel I need more background information before I can give you my opinion.  Could you tell me ..      how old are you both .. how do you know him / how long have you known eachother [if you know him through ONLINE and have you actually met yet] .. how does he behave when he sees you etc. I basically believe that it's equal rights on the 'asking out' front now-a-days but some men prefer to do the 'chasing' and feel intimidated if a woman takes the lead .. thats why more information would be appreciated.
